Grace and hope

Grace and hope

Jesus looked at them intently and said, "Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible. Matt 19:26

God's Grace makes everything possible. It is our hope, our salvation and our lifeline.

It is so important to cling to God's Grace when we feel hopeless. His Grace will see us through.

It will heal.

It will replace pain and fill you up with hope.

It will empower you.

God's Grace is our passport to Hope.

Pray for it now to change your life.

Father, through your Grace heal me, my life and the sins that pull me down.

Bring me into your presence.

Father, may your Grace fill me with joy and understanding.

Bring me into your presence.

Father, may your Grace release me from my burdens.

Bring me into your presence.

Father, may your Grace fill me with laughter and peace.

Bring me into your presence.

Father, fill me with your Grace and overwhelm me with your hope.

Bring me into your presence.

Father, without your Grace I am nothing.

Bring me into your presence.

Father, fill my family with your Grace.

Bring me into your presence.

Come Lord Jesus, the Grace of the Father and make Your home in me.

Amen.

Dear God

Dear God

I am on my knees
asking you please
to hear my tears.
For I have sinned against you.

My dear child

I love you. My son Jesus died for you not because you deserve it but because I ordained it. You come from my heart and I want you to return to my heart. Whatever you have done confess it now.

Dear God

I was angry

My dear child

I know I heard you.

Dear God

I cannot forgive the person who hurt me.

My dear child

Forgiveness is divine.

Dear God

I want to punish the person who hurt me.

My dear child

Your reaction is human.

Dear God

This pain is tearing me apart.

My dear child

Look at my son, at his whipped body, torn apart by anger and fear. Watch him as he drags his cross (the sins of man) to his death. Glance if you can at his distorted frame that hangs on the wood. Hold his stare for a moment and see the love in his eyes for you.

He died for your anger, your hurts, your unforgiveness, your revenge. He took your sins and suffered for you.

His words 'Father forgive them for they know not what they do' were for you.

You are forgiven. My grace says so.

My arms are open to you always.

Now go and make peace with yourself and your family.

Pray for divine forgiveness to enter your heart and ponder my words daily.

I love you my child.

Dear God

Thank you for your mercy and grace. I am not worthy but by the blood poured out for me by the lamb I will do my best to worship you and lead a better life.

Amen.

John 15:13

There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends.

My dear child

You are my friend, now be a friend to others as I have shown you.

Dear God

Thank you.

Hope today

Image result for god today

Each day I wake up,I know that I can not cope with the day's challenges, unless God is in my life. I know that all the stresses and worries that dog my footsteps will take away my peace and cause me to doubt.

Why?

Because I have inherited the doubting gene, the gene that chips away at my confidence, my self esteem, my peace.

When I am insulted, rejected, shunned, verbally abused or disrespected I take it personally.

Then I start to doubt my worth and listen to the lies instead of remembering that God has made me worthy through His Hope.

With God in my life I can challenge the lies and because the doubt is inherited it needs to be challenged by daily prayer.

Father you give me worth
You are my Hope.
My deliverer from the words
And actions
Of the enemy who slithers
In under the radar.
Your cross destroys all lies.
Penetrate my life
With your Love and Truth.
Place Hope where doubt
Seeks to destroy
My peace.
And deliver me from
The source of all evil
Today.
God first, God always.

I praise God that He uses my weakness to strengthen me. If I were not who I am my dependence would not be on God but on myself. Recognizing my areas of need gives God the chance to empower me. Therefore my song can be:

Thank you Almighty God for Your Hope in my life today. With You everything is possible.

God bless

Margaret
